- What's Covered : 1-year Extended Warranty plan covers against unforeseen mechanical, electrical, and manufacturer defects, and is valid starting 12 months from purchase date (after expiry of manufacturer issued warranty), and on products purchased from Amazon.eg in the last 30 days. This plan offers unlimited number of claims and no claim fee is charged when filling a claim.
- Delivery: E-mail delivery of policy documents will be sent to your Amazon.eg registered email address within 72 hours of purchase. Cancel at any time; full refund within 30 days if no claim has been made, proportional thereafter less claim costs.
- Claim fulfillment : All claims are managed by our selected network of service centers, with Egypt-wide coverage and free pickup and delivery service.
- Replacements: If your product cannot be repaired, you will be eligible for a replacement. If the item is no longer available, an Amazon Gift Card will be provided, after applying the depreciation scale. Your policy ends after we replace or send a gift card.
