  • Troubleshooting for failure to flash: 1. When using the flash for the first time, wait for the flash recycle indicator to turn green, it means recycle complete. If it the indicator remains red or white, please replace the battery with a new one or a fully charged one. 2. If the flash can't work, try going into the camera's menu and changing the flash setting to to "manual mode / M" mode
  • Troubleshooting for not working as expected: 1. Shutter Speed setting: this flash doesn't has TTL function or High-speed sync, we recommend a shutter speed below 1/200, otherwise, the photos may show black edges, white edges issues. 2. Sensitivity setting: we recommend setting the ISO sensitivity to 100, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness. 3. Aperture setting: we recommend setting the aperture to 2.8, and then increasing it based on the actual brightness or darkness.
