- troubleshooting tips that we have found helpful: the user must first ensure the transmitter is fully charged using a standard USB charger for at least two hours; when connecting, they must insert the receiver into the device before powering on the transmitter; they should wait a few seconds for the indicator light to respond. If the light does not appear, we suggest trying a different charging cable or adapter, and confirming whether the used device supports external microphones, as some smartphones may require specific USB-C or Lightning adapters. In some instances, a simple reset by disconnecting both parts and reconnecting them after a few seconds resolves the issue
