- Care Instructions: Wash away dirt as soon as possible after use, and dry thoroughly before storing. Washing with hot water may cause the protein in fish and meat to harden and retain odors. Please use a soft sponge with dish soap or a natural scrubber to clean it. Using metal scrubbers may cause surface scratches. Bleach may react with the ingredients of wood and may cause black or brown stains. If using kitchen bleach, be sure to dilute it as directed and test it on an inconspicuous area first. Rinse thoroughly after use to avoid any residue. Do not use foam bleach
- Precautions for Use: Please do not use for anything other than its intended purpose. Lightly wet with water before use, it will prevent the color and smell of food from getting stained. When storing, please wipe away moisture and dry thoroughly, then store in a location with low humidity. If it is not sufficiently dry, it can cause mildew or dark spots. Avoid drying in direct sunlight or at high temperatures such as dishwashers and dryers. This may cause cracking and warping. In high temperature and humid environments, the resin components of the wood may expose to the surface, causing stains and stickiness. It does not affect the human body, but if you are concerned about it, please wipe it with alcohol. There may be some wood oil volatile adhere to the surface or inside of the product, but this is the resin component unique to wood products, and it does not affect quality or food hygiene.
