- Cleaning: Clean the pizza board under warm running water with a sponge and - if necessary - a little mild detergent. Then dry it carefully with a cloth.
- Sustainability: do not put the pizza board in the dishwasher, as the steam can tear and deform the wood - do not leave the board wet or in the water for a long time
- Maintenance: when the pizza board is rubbed with oil, this closes the pores and prolongs the life of the wood. We recommend doing this regularly. Rub the board with tung oil, linseed oil or olive oil and a soft cloth or kitchen paper. Remove excess oil with a clean cloth. The board will look beautiful as the wood shines and looks strengthened
